Pole and aerial sports have undergone tremendous development in recent years. What was once seen by many primarily as a spectacular form of movement has increasingly evolved into a regulated competitive sport, with its own competition system, judge education, coaching requirements, anti-doping rules, and international championships.

We know that there are many requirements to meet during competitions, and the rulebook may seem complex, difficult, or even intimidating at first. But we want to make sure that this does not discourage anyone!
