Behind every result are months — often years — of training, dedication, discipline and personal development. For the Hungarian Pole & Aerial Sports Federation (MRLSZ / HPASF), it is therefore especially important that athletes' achievements are officially, accurately and transparently documented and can be verified later.

MRLSZ as a national sports federation

The Hungarian Pole & Aerial Sports Federation (MRLSZ / HPASF) operates as a national-level sports federation representing and developing pole and aerial sports in Hungary.

MRLSZ also represents the International Pole Sports Federation (IPSF) system in Hungary and works within the international IPSF competition structure.

This means that MRLSZ does not simply organize competitions. It provides athletes with access to an organized sporting pathway connected to an international federation and its competition and qualification system.

Why does this matter for sporting results?

A sporting result is valuable not only because of the final ranking.

It is also important that the result:

• is achieved at an official competition,
• is evaluated according to defined competition rules,
• appears in an official results list,
• and can subsequently be officially certified for the athlete.

This can become particularly important when an athlete later applies to a university or higher-education institution.

IPSF Hungary Qualification Championship

The IPSF Hungary Qualification Championship is more than simply a national competition.

Within the IPSF system, national championships form an important part of the pathway towards international competition and World Championship qualification.

Our goal at MRLSZ is to ensure that this pathway is clear, transparent and properly documented for every athlete.

IPSF Results and University Admission Points

In Hungary, sporting achievements can, under certain circumstances, contribute to institutional points in university admission.

However, there is no single rule that applies to every university and every degree programme.

Each higher-education institution and programme determines its own current requirements, including:

• which sporting achievements are eligible,
• which rankings are accepted,
• which level of competition qualifies,
• how many institutional points may be awarded,
• and what type of official documentation is required.

In some cases, the rules specifically require certification from the national sports federation of the relevant sport. In other cases, the relevant university regulations may allow other specifically designated organizations or forms of certification.

For this reason, it is particularly important that athletes have a detailed, official and verifiable certificate of their sporting achievement.

Why is an MRLSZ Official Sporting Result Certificate important?

An athlete may later need to prove:

where, when, in which competition, in which category and with what result they competed.

An official MRLSZ certificate can therefore include:

• athlete's name,
• competition name,
• date and location,
• sport and discipline,
• competition category,
• score,
• final ranking,
• competition level,
• and official MRLSZ authentication.

This means that the achievement is not simply a memory or a social-media post.

It becomes an officially documented sporting achievement.

From the National Championship to the World Championship

An athlete who qualifies for the IPSF World Championship reaches an international level of competition.

A result achieved at the IPSF World Pole & Aerial Championships represents an international sporting achievement and should be properly documented as such.

For MRLSZ, it is important that both domestic and international achievements can be officially verified.

A national championship result.
An IPSF qualification.
A World Championship participation.
A World Championship ranking.

Every achievement deserves an official record.

We do not promise automatic university admission points

MRLSZ does not want to make the misleading statement:

"Every IPSF competition result automatically gives university admission points."

That would not be accurate.

The number and availability of admission points always depend on the current rules of the particular university and degree programme.

What MRLSZ can provide is something equally important:

An official, accurate and verifiable record of the athlete's sporting achievement.

This allows the athlete to submit their result according to the relevant university's current admission requirements and determine whether their IPSF Hungary Qualification Championship or IPSF World Championship achievement can be recognized under the applicable rules.

The athlete's performance matters

We believe that an athlete's hard work should have lasting value.

An athlete who trains, develops, competes and achieves results should have:

a result,
recognition,
official documentation,
and an opportunity to progress.
